Use Pi-Hole to block annoying ads while browsing the internet. It works by blocking most ad based DNS requests. This can actually speed up your browsing by preventing ad-based images from being downloaded. Note: Because Youtube (Google) uses the same DNS names for both videos and streamed ads, you will most likely not be able to block in-video ads without also affecting the video.
