The PDB connector pinout is different than a standard 4-pin connection so a standard cable will NOT work. The cable is a standard 8-pin PCIe cable, however I put the 2 2x2 connections on the other end, wired to work with the power subsystem in the ASUS ESC4000 G3 chassis.
